We
encourage everyone to at least try a class and see for themselves
how the practice of yoga can help aid relaxation, reduce stress
and increase flexibility. Therefore we offer a
special promotion to all first time students
(living in the Greater Plateau area).

classes in 10 days for $10
We
are confident that after experiencing a few yoga class you
will want to take more.
If
you are new to yoga or perhaps starting again after many years...
we offer a Back Care
Basics Class the second Thursday of each month.
No specific fitness level is required.
We
offer several classes throughout the week suitable for beginners.
These classes go at a slower pace allowing the instructors
time to offer adjustments, modifications and suggestions for
making the poses more assessable.
You
will find these classes marked on the schedule
. If you are recovering from an injury or illness please let
us know and we are happy to work with you in class and provide
props to make your yoga experience free from pain and/or discomfort.
