Our practice space has a floating
cork floor, and is approximately 900 square feet, easily accommodating
twenty people on mats.
The
room is quiet, clean and open. We have plants to keep the
air clean and natural earth hues to help connect you with
the environment.
We
provide everything you will need while practicing at our studio.
• Yoga Mats - After much thought about the subject of
providing mats we have chosen the Earth Element Mat from Hugger
Mugger. These mats contain no PVC or latex, are biodegradable
and easy to clean making them the perfect choice for our studio.
Most yoga mats available in yoga studios and fitness facilities
worldwide contain PVC's
and other toxic ingredients. These mats are cheap, and it
would be easy and affordable for us to get them for your use.
However, it would go against our practice of the Yamas
and Niyamas of yoga. Our studio will only carry
socially and environmentally responsible products.
• Blankets made in the USA, using recycled fibers containing
30% wool and a combination of rayon and other synthenic fiber.
Wool acts as a natural insulation to electro-magnetic energy
.
